Χριστὸς κατελθὼν πρὸς πάλην ᾍδου μόνος
Λαβὼν ἀνῆλθε πολλὰ τῆς νίκης σκῦλα.

Αὐτῷ ἡ δόξα καὶ τὸ κράτος εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων.

Christ descended to meet Hell in single fight
Then Ηe ascended laden with spoils of victory.

To Him be the glory and the might to the ages of ages.
